The United States Army Field Band The Volunteers and Jeff Tuttle

Monroe was blessed to have "The Volunteers" perform on Fathers Day in our hometown in 2015!  They are all active service members who travel the country and perform one heck of a concert!  Our local Radio station Nash Icon 98.3 brought them to town along with many other sponsors!  MFMC was honored to be a part of this wonderful day!

Heroes Parade September 13, 2014

On September 13th, 2014 MFMC conducted a HUGE Hero Parade for all Monroe County World War II, Korean, and Vietnam Veterans!  We kicked it off with an awesome parade that included several veteran organizations as well as veterans!  The parade also included a flyover of a B17 fighter plane.  All participants were treated to a luncheon and ceremony at the Monroe VFW!  MFMC had the parade and events at the VFW professionally videotaped and can be purchased for $20.00

MFMC Bake Sale

MFMC has an annual bake sale every spring at the Monroe VFW!  We have wonderful supporters throughout the community that donate bake goods as well as raffle prizes!  Our last bake sale brought in a whopping $1,666.00!
